Le P'tit Laurent's  head chef is Julio C.Caceres. Julio trained at San Francisco Culinary School before taking the position as sous chef at Pacific Marine Yatch with French Chef Henry Bolltrider, where he worked for 4 years. his mastery of French cuisine has earned him starring roles in such world class restaurants as Postrio, Clementine, Pacific Marine Yatch and the Signature Yatch with Chef Rolando Paz for 5 years.

Here at Le P'tit Laurent, Julio has earned accolades for his unique twist on classic country style french, and impressive creations that keep the menu fresh and the patrons coming back for more..
